Cowboy Carter

Cowboy Carter pays homage to Black pioneers in American music and culture, and celebrates the legacy of Western cinema. Mostly labeled a country album, Cowboy Carter blends together diverse Southern sub-genres that Beyoncé listened to when growing up in Texas, including zydeco, rock and roll, folk, rhythm and blues, pop, psychedelic soul, hip-hop and bluegrass. Posters and Expressive Type video will be designed to advertise the upcoming tour.
